Versatile actor Prakash Raj reportedly got injured on the sets of Dhanush's upcoming film Thiruchitrambalam. As per reports, Prakash Raj slipped and fell on the floor during shoot in Chennai. The unit shifted him to a nearby hospital where doctors checked and confirmed a tiny fracture. He will be admitted to Sunshine hospital in Hyderabad to get the surgery.
Prakash Raj confirms the news through his Twitter account. He wrote, "A small fall.. a tiny fracture.. flying to Hyderabad into the safe hands of my friend Dr Guruvareddy for a surgery. I will be fine nothing to worry .. keep me in your thoughts "
