Director Sukumar is down with a fever. He was diagnosed with dengue recently. He is now taking a rest at his residence in Hyderabad. While we were told that there could be further delay in the shooting depending on Sukumar’s recovery period, the film’s producer Ravi Shankar now assures us that the former’s symptoms were only mild.
“The shooting was halted for just three days. But the director has recovered completely. Sukumar is raring to go and will join the sets from Monday and resume the shoot,” adds Ravi Shankar.
The shoot of ‘Pushpa’ will resume when Sukumar completely recuperates. Along with his team members, Sukumar had already taken a vaccine for COVID-19. Pushpa will be released in two parts. The first part will hit the theaters in 2022.
