Former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and AIADMK coordinator O Panneerselvam's wife Vijayalakshmi breathed her last today morning after suffering a heart attack.
Paneerselvam's wife Vijayalakshmi was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Chennai for the past two weeks due to ill health. On Wednesday, she suffered a heart attack. Vijayalakshmi passed away at the age of 63. She is survived by her husband O Panneerselvam and their three children.
AIADMK co-coordinator and former Chief Minister K Palaniswami and several party office-bearers and MLAs rushed to the hospital on learning about her demise, sources said.
